6060-T6

Solution-treated and aged 6060: 150 MPa proof and 190 MPa tensile up to 5 mm, 140/170 MPa up to 25 mm.

The most common alloy for window, façade and general profiles. Eurocode 9 uses one value for design, fo = 140 MPa and fu = 170 MPa up to 15 mm — the thicker-wall minimums — because it must hold for every product form.
