S350GD

The most used steel for cold-formed purlins, light-gauge framing and decking: 350 MPa yield, 420 MPa tensile.

Hot-dip coated sheet and strip (zinc +Z, zinc-iron +ZF, zinc-magnesium +ZM, aluminium-zinc +AZ) for cold-formed members. “GD” means structural steel for coating; the coating designation and mass (e.g. +Z275) follow the grade. Mechanical values apply to the base steel, tested across the rolling direction.

Full comparison

“Equivalent” tables online usually match grades by name. This one compares the values each standard actually guarantees, so a 30 MPa gap in yield is visible before it is in your calculation.
