500N (AS/NZS 4671)

Australian and New Zealand rebar: 500 MPa characteristic yield, normal ductility — Rm/Re ≥ 1.08, Agt ≥ 5 %.

N is normal ductility, like Eurocode class B; L (low) is for mesh, E (earthquake) for seismic New Zealand work. The mill also publishes its long-term test statistics (yield around 560–580 MPa on average).

“Equivalent” tables online usually match grades by name. This one compares the values each standard actually guarantees, so a 30 MPa gap in yield is visible before it is in your calculation.
